By using and ordering from www.RingPillows.com.au, it's assumed and expected that the following conditions will be observed and respected.
1-Our Wedding Ring Pillows
a
- All ring pillows sold from this site are for the purpose of displaying wedding
rings. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller are responsible for injury or
damage caused by accident or misuse.
b
- Ring Pillows are not to be dropped or shaken. Buyers should consider the age
and maturity of ring bearers when deciding on a ring pillow. Ring bearers of a
young age should be instructed well and supervised while handling the ring
pillow.
c
- It is the responsibility of the buyer/owner to make the final decision as to
how to secure the rings to the ring pillow and to give instructions to the ring
bearers and handlers of the ring pillow.
2-Returns
a - If
you have any concerns with your ordered ring pillow(s), please notify us
immediately on receiving it/them.
b - In
the unlikely event that we make an error (such as sending an incorrect item) and
it is returned within 7 days, we will cover the extra postage costs and offer
the choice of a full refund or to receive the correct item.
c - If
for any other reason (such as a purchase becoming an unwanted gift) an item is
returned to us within 7 days in its original condition, we will refund the
item(s) purchase price.
3-Deliveries (New)
a -
All ring pillows are sent via registered post. Registered post has tracking numbers and coverage against loss and damage.
b - If we're unable to show proof of postage
(ie. provide a tracking number),
the customer has the option to request the order to be sent again or request a full refund.
c -
We take responsibility for correctly addressing and posting items.
Customers should contact Australia Post regarding lost and damaged items.
Customers can learn more about tracking numbers, coverage by contacting Australia Post directly and viewing the
Australia Post website.
3-Deliveries (OLD)
a - For "regular post",
we only receive a receipt showing the date and the cost of posting.
In the case of a missing parcel, we can ask our post office to initiate a "missing parcel investigation".
We can also show "proof of sending" by fowarding a photo of the receipt by email to the customer.
b - For "registered post",
we receive a receipt showing the date, the cost of posting and a tracking number.
In the case of a missing parcel, the tracking number can be used to locate the parcel and if necessary make an insurance claim.
c - If we're unable to show proof of postage
(ie. send a photo of the receipt to the customer by email),
the customer has the option to request the order to be sent again or request a full refund.
d -
Customers ordering through this website have the option of "Regular Post" or "Registered Post".
Please contact us by phone or email to discuss the possibility of using other Australia Post services such as
"Express Post" or "signature on delivery".
